Quite possibly the slowest Costa in the world, the wait time is simply unbelievable. I just spent 20 mins in a queue of 4 people (and then they dropped my food in the oven and still sold it to me)

Worst place ever to go for a coffee. There is always 2 girls behind the bar who are always speaking in a different language, even with having a queue of customers or serving people. When going in myself I was served by who I believe to me the manager who was extremely rude to me while taking my order, was talking a different language on the phone. Also she was too involved on her phone rudly shouting at another girl with blue hair to take the orders as obviously her phone call was more important then the customers in the queue

When you order anything just say you want some milk because anything I got from them tastes milk only. Latte, flat white, hot chocolate.... Regardless they give you milk only. Two star for the place being cozy.

Every time I have to come here because nero shuts earlier I get so annoyed that they have a petty labels on their plugs saying not to use... absolute nonsense and lazy of Costa as a company.

Had a very pleasant time on a Friday morning. Staff is busy -you can tell they are a bit stretched with just 2 of them- but were very kind and kept a smile. The cafe is much more spacious and brighter than suspected from the outside. Quiet and lovely. Will be back
