I have had a great experience with VW Lookers Wimbledon Servicing, at 44 Weir RoadThe team is amazing, all are very friendly, polite and very welcoming when you arriveI was looked after by Mark, Danny and Kerry amazing people very professionalI have had Air-conditioning issues with my ID3, which I had to wait a few weeks for parts to arrive to fix the problemThe team had provided me with a small VW UP as a loan car. Which was really small and could not fit my baby’s buggy in the boot (that was all the had at the time)A few days later they called me and offered me a polo which was a bit bigger (at least the buggy fits in the boot)Danny provided me with a daily updates etc.My ID3 was finally fixed, software also updatedMy overall experience with VW Lookers Service Team is 5 Stars,great communication and customer serviceWill definitely recommend and return
