I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as my experience with TrustFord Heathrow has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite my hopes for a positive outcome, I find myself deeply disappointed and frustrated by the level of service I've received.My ordeal began when I purchased a Transit Luton van from TrustFord Heathrow on May 19th. Little did I know that this would mark the start of a series of distressing events. The troubles emerged on June 12th when the van encountered severe issues, leading me to take it to TrustFord Erdington for repairs. At the time of purchase, I was assured by the sales manager that their warranty included courtesy and replacement vehicles in case of any problems. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a misleading promise. I was left without a courtesy vehicle for nearly two weeks, which forced me to rent a van from Enterprise at my own expense. This situation not only impacted my finances but also caused significant delays in deliveries and left my customers disappointed.But the story doesn't end there. On July 13th, just a day after I retrieved the van, it suddenly broke down in the middle of the road, posing a dangerous situation for me and other road users. This incident revealed another truth: the sales manager's assurances of recovery assistance were empty words. I had to arrange and pay for the recovery myself, adding to my frustration. To make matters worse, the van has been sitting at TrustFord Erdington since then, and despite my numerous conversations with the manager (Shoaib), I've received no updates on its status. As a result, I'm forced to rent another van at my own expense.I must also mention the managers lackluster performance. Despite daily promises of updates since July 13th, he has consistently failed to follow through, leaving me to chase him for even the slightest bit of information. When I requested a return or exchange of the van due to its persistent faults and problems within the first month of purchase, he outright refused.This entire ordeal has taken a toll on me, my colleagues, our customers, and our business as a whole. The stress and frustration have been overwhelming, affecting us mentally and financially. It's disheartening to find myself contemplating legal action against TrustFord Heathrow to seek compensation for the damages and losses caused by their subpar service and the faulty van.I never thought I'd have to write such a review about a brand I once trusted. It's with immense disappointment that I lodge this complaint against TrustFord and Ford. I sincerely hope that the seriousness of our situation is understood and that urgent steps are taken to rectify it. I implore TrustFord to intervene and address this distressing situation promptly.I write this review hoping that TrustFord will take this matter seriously and restore our faith in their brand. The consequences of further delays could be catastrophic for my business and livelihood. I eagerly await a response, with the hope that this ordeal can be resolved without resorting to prolonged legal proceedings.

Booked car in for MOT through cust services had to use this branch as my usual one was out of service - arrived and was told the booking was days ago - the day they had it booked for was the day I called and booked it - I called at 12:00 midday received a text at 12:10 and was told by the branch my appointment was for 10:00 on the day I booked it, so effectively back in time ? I was told they will fit me in but I could be there all day and I can’t wait - do they not allow customers to wait ? Even though I had to travel 30 miles to get there - where do they expect me to wait ? very unhelpful and had to go elsewhere.

Dropped off my fiesta for a service under a service plan. A woman called Charlie dealt with the whole process. I found her quite helpful and she told me what work was required ie tyres needed changing but didn't mind when I said I'd source from elsewhere, and continued with all other advice. Didn't charge for a coolant top up either. Good and helpful experience all round. Four stars given only because it was hard to reach the service dept on the phone through the day but a five star service otherwise.

I only ever post a review if I either experience exceptionaly poor or excellent service. On this occasion I am happy to say it is because of great service. Recently purchased a used Ranger and dealt with Adeel who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. On the day of collection I also had dealings with Aaron and James who both had excellent knowledge and were very helpful. They also do great coffee.Highly recommended.

no option for 0-stars so have to stick with 1i have tried on multiple occasions to contact this garage for an update on my van...on the ONE time i got through, i spoke to a very rude lady...no customer service skills at all.....amazing how many times the call just cuts off!!!Van went in for an MOT and service...bill is currently at £3900 with work being added constantly....just feels like they have a monthly target to hit and trying to make up the ££ tbh!i would NOT recommend this garage based on my current experience!!

Usually I ask Ford to collect my car and drop it back off. But this time I dropped it off early to this branch Hayes/Harlington. I always use this branch for my Ford car services .Today I was helped by Mandeep at the front desk . He called me to say brake pads need renewing and they also told me of other bits that may need doing in the future .Mandeep was very helpful .My car was ready to collect by 12.As I said I have always used this branch of Ford in the past they used to valet my car too. They would have collected my car if it was a week day.

Worst customer service and booking for a recall I’ve ever had to deal with, constant failed promises and never contacted me when they were supposed to and left me to chase them all the time…. Spent countless hours on the phone with it just ringing and never being answered, in the end to get a simple answer I had to go in to speak to them face to face and even then they told me things that wasn’t true.Has honestly put me off ever buying another Ford again.
