Alhamdulilah went to hajj with umar had great service from him kept us upto date with what was happening unlike the other guides accompanying him from Zam Zam travel ltd who never had a clue what they were doing dropping all the burden on umar

Lack of moral code displayed and presence as tour guides when supporting hajj 1444AH. When transporting pilgrims from place to place, no proper group register as safety check/risk assessment out of concern. If travelling with elderly, or wheelchair user, will soon be segregated from main group. Lack of ownership and communication with all pilgrims (equally) during the journey.Update:Walaikumassalam,This is a review directed at the experience we had with the accompanying tour guide. As an experienced tour guide, simple comms in terms of the group inclusion was lacking, short notice meetings. There were behind scenes logistic issues from Al Rajhi. There were also no messages in group chat created by you, to ensure pilgrims have got to their next destination or calls. Too much reliance on WhatsApp rather than in person across the board. If this was a hilal tour package, what would be different in your own approach, would there be more effort made to finding out local information from other sources if reliance on Al Rajhi was in vain and maybe near the last days you would respond to messages rather than give up. All Muslims would want to perform their Hajj rites, regardless if they are men, women, elders, people with disabilities. It is a busy period but there's an unwillingness to slow down and keep the group together where it can be. We depend on your knowledge too and your presence at different stages of the journey even if in honesty you couldn't resolve a situation, communication was needed. Unfortunately, this is how the experience was. I have raised concerns to Al Rajhi and MoHU too regarding the logistical breakdown and multiple issues they are responsible for. This is feedback re. your support. During Umrah you still had a presence, later aspects not so much. InshaAllah we will all learn lessons from this experience.5 star reviews related to the Hajj package are welcomed but this will be responded to in isolation.

Went on Hajj this year alhumdulillah... thought by booking with a tour guide we will have some support through the Hajj days but unfortunately didn't feel like we belonged to a group, the tour guide only interacted where absolutely necessary and communication was poor...vulnerable group members were given no extra care....may Allah SWT give hidayat so guides fulfil their responsibility properly, ameen
