Very unpleasant experience. Therapist has clearly never been trained in customer service and in a rush leaving my skin full of wax after the treatments. Do not recommend if you are looking for a quality service with a professional approach

I just want to say that Strip chain overall is highly unreliable. I have booked twice in this particular salon and 1 of my 2 bookings was canceled by the salon 6hours before appointment.The one in Soho: I have been there 4 times, out of my 4 visits 2 were canceled by the salon with a few hours notification.So, ladies, if you really need to prepare for a certain occasion: mind that your chance not to get any service at all in this chain is roughly 50%.Otherwise, if they still decide to provide you with some service, it is OK.

I am always pleased with the results from hot waxing and increasingly appreciate that not every salon that offers waxing services are able to include hit wax in their offering.As ever, Andrea was thorough and efficient. Happy customer!

Strip provide great service. They give the highest importance to maintaining hygiene standards. If you go to the city, I would recommend Keira as she is kind, patient and incredibly welcoming. Not only does she make the experience relaxed, but her treatment is very professional. Thank you again Keira!

First time at Strip and it was a brilliant experience! Keira instantly made me feel welcome and it was so nice to have a wee giggle and chat to take the nerves away! She was a complete professional - no time wasting but I also never felt rushed. Honestly couldn’t recommend Keira and Strip enough, totally worth it!! xx

Salon beautiful and wax was OK but DO NOT BUY A PACKAGE. I never do but I was offered a verbal 3 for 2 which would last for 6 months (I repeated to confirm twice) and I thought that was worth it. Receipt came through and it only lasts for 4 months over winter. Now trying to get a refund and they’re ignoring me. Just leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

I have been using Strip for years, and I am never disappointed. They make what can be an awkward, uncomfortable and slow process seem like a treat! Extra points to the City branch for understanding the need to be hyper-efficient and get people in and out in very short order with limited invasive chat. Sofia in particular is so quick, I find myself surprised when she says she is already finished!
