Paul was really responsive on the telephone, arrived on time and as agreed, immediately understood the issue and talked us through what he was doing. Ultimately it was a really cheap fix when others came and sucked their teeth before telling us how they needed to remove the toilet. Paul replaced a washer and fixed the issue. Highly recommend this company and Paul.
