Our tenancy at Lantern Court, Winchester, was brilliant thanks to the highly professional management by Carter Jonas.Carter Jonas's staff are brilliant, so polite and very professional.Lauren Cowley has been a fantastic property manager, with very nice communication and always rapid response and help.Zaza Oswald has been a great manager.All the staff members are great.Really recommend Carter Jonas.

The worse astate agency ever I do not understand how can they value the property without actually seeing the property they just guess I believe, I’m disappointed and I feel I have been done with them they value my house a lot off money as I said they didn’t come to seee the house please don’t ask them to value your house they are rude arrogant they don’t care about you or anyone I have been asking them to explain my value off my house but no explanation bad people

Friendly and always Helpful. My lettings experience was seamless from start to finish and everything is electronic and quick. They always respond promptly to emails and approachable at all times. Really bad experience. Went to view a lovely cottage, letting advisor was lovely. We then put an offer in as liked the place and they said they would check with landlord and get back to us, they never did despite sending reminder emails.So we’ve lost out on the place and landlord had lost out on renting out the place. Just frustrating when they don’t even have the decency to reply or even say the offer hasn’t been accepted…Really unprofessional.

Lauren has been a pleasure to work with even through non ideal situations. My husband and I have really appreciated her hard work.

Sophie, Robert and Allison were amazing to deal with when we bought our first house. They were contactable and very approachable, making our slightly difficult transaction seen very achievable. I would highly recommend their services

I’m a director of Express Property Services. Having worked for Carter Jonas for many years, I have always found the staff very professional and knowledgeable to general property maintenance. Also very friendly with good communication between landlords and myself. A good reliable company to be contracted to.

Really poor service. Dealt with Louis who was pleasant (although outwardly commented negatively about others who had viewed the property that day, which I didn't find particularly professional) on the viewing on Friday 13th October. Had some immediate questions which were emailed across within an hours of the viewing to which 3 weeks later there hasn't been a response.Put an offer in on the property the following Monday (16th) and had an update on the Wednesday saying probably wouldn't have an update until the end of the week.Didn't receive any further updates (despite chasing) until 8 days later to say there still wasn't a decision but no explanation as to why and that the owners wanted to meet us the following Friday (3rd November - today).Sent a response within 3 hours saying we'd be happy to meet them and also asking some really basic questions. As of today I have had no communication following my email from over a week ago, nor have I received any updates regarding the property or my application.Extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend to others...
