Kay was incredibly helpful and professional advising and guiding us so that we could decide on all the elements for the new bathrooms for our large extension and renovation. I popped in without knowing what to really expect. I was really impressed by the showroom and the variety of products on display. I really liked the demo of top shower brands they kept on display.The service I got from Kay was top notch whose knowledge on all the top products was impressive and he even helped in advising where I could save some of my money. I’m really pleased with the service and products and I’d highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend City Plumbing, the service is great. Kay is an exceptional member of staff, his help and knowledge is fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for him, a very polite young man who gives you that extra bit of help with no hesitation. We went to city plumbing for our shower room and we were so delighted with them we ended up getting our bathroom done almost straight after.

I needed a part for a submersible drainage pump to be able to connect a hose to it, I couldn’t get hold of one anywhere. The guys at City Plumbing were able to make the part for me there and then and supply me with all the other parts needed (hose and hose connectors). When I connected everything at home it all worked perfectly! Staff were all so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
