Massively overpriced and slow.Even when you walk into reception they all just glance up the put their heads back into their computers. Customer service is shocking.Use these as an absolute last resort.

Extremely helpful! !!!I just rocked up with broken suspension on an enclosed car trailer and they got right to it.I'll, hopefully, collect it, fully loaded at 05:30 tomorrow morning.They're hopeful which means I can sleep for a few hrs as these cars are on a critical show time schedule.Thanks in anticipation guys!

Having run a fleet of DAF Trucks we were pleased with the product, but the level of service provided by Ford & Slater in Coventry is poor.Little or no communication, resulting in lost business and men standing around costing us money has resulted in our replacing 66% of the DAF fleet with Volvo and the remainder will also be replaced within the next year.If you're in or around the Coventry area and are considering which make chassis to purchase be very careful as to your choice!

Friendly counter staff.Provide a good service.If they keep you waiting and you happen to be hungry, pop over the road and have a meal at Coventry Aero Club. The breakfasts are great and you can wash it all down with a beer!

after a breakdown on the road, the ignition switch was temporarily repaired, I came to replace the ignition switch with a new one, after 30 minutes the staff informed me that someone would replace it in another 30 minutes, so I waited in the cabin, after 2 hours everyone went home and forgot about me.

fantastic staff I got recovered here in my Lorry had to spend the night there while I was fixed Really helpful kind staff let me get a shower and kept me watered
