Lee and his team at Ambient completed a full refit of bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom and also upgraded the heating system throughout the property.The quality of the final product and service was first-class. Lee and the team were timely, polite, tidy and meticulous with their attention to detail. I’ve had many complements on the standard of their work and wouldn’t hesitate to use Ambient again.

Over the moon with our bathroom renovation, Lee and his team have been incredibly professional, detail orientated and have done an outstanding job. Lee, Lewis and the highly professional team did an amazing job of fully making over our two bathrooms (family and en-suite) in just 2 weeks. Everything and I mean everything needed doing from floor to ceiling in both rooms which meant a full team of plasterers, electrician, decorators, tilers, sealers were involved. What was so impressive is that every tradesman came when scheduled and they clearly all worked together very efficiently and were very hardworking. The team at Tile & Bathroom Warehouse who helped with design and supplied the products were also very friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are good quality so I am glad we followed Lee's recommendation to work with them rather than a larger big brand company. The house was kept very tidy during the work and all the rubbish was removed quickly towards the end of the job which was nice to not having it hanging around for long.Both my partner and I work from home so we thought it would be a really difficult two weeks but the disruption was minimal and everyone was so friendly that it wasn't an issue. I thought this was going to be a very overwhelming project but it all went very smoothly and we are very happy with the price too. We cannot recommend Lee and his team highly enough. From start to finish he was helpful and willing. They worked extremely hard and were always conscientious and respectful in our home. Ambient handled the whole supply and installation of our main bathroom. We had some challenging requirements; remodelling the layout, dry lining walls, fully hidden pipe work and we expected all fit and finishing to be top quality. Lee and his team of specialists delivered everything we hoped for. The attention to detail is incredible and commitment to getting the job done is a credit to Lee and the respect he gets from the people he calls on to carry out their trades. No waiting around, no down days, even when parts were wrong or needed last minute (including a full boiler replacement) they arrived and were fitted without delay. Happy to hear and give advice and discuss the work at any point, no detail too small. An excellent team I’d recommend to anyone.

We are very happy with our new ensuite that Lee and his team created for us! Lee worked very efficiently and was clear about who was turning up on each day, which worked well. He has made sure that the end result is of very high quality. We have booked him in to do our main bathroom in a couple of months. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new bathroom installed!

We had 3 bathrooms replaced over 4 weeks plus heating/hot water sorted and it was a pleasure having Lee and his team in the house. Professional and quality workmanship, would highly recommend
