I cannot speak too highly of Thame cycles. They are Incredibly helpful, supportive and generous. I am an 80 year old cyclist, absolutely delighted with my Wisper 806 foldable electric bike. I am unable to walk more than 100 metres, so having such a wonderful machine that takes me everywhere I need to go, and gets me to appointments on time is bliss. I also take it on holiday, this year to Cornwall and North Yorkshire where hills would have been hell on my pushbike. I can just pop it into the boot of my small car!

Fantastic service and very friendly help and support. I came in to change my wheel and I was more than ready to leave the bike and pick it up another time as it was a Sunday. Jeremy fixed it there and then despite having a mountain of repairs to do. Thank you so much. Great shop and worth a visit.

As I was cycling from Belgium to Dublin I passed by the shop willing to buy new braking pads. The owner was quick, very helpfull and kind! Eventually he restored my whole braking system without asking much! Cheers and thank you! Always nice to meet people like him on your road!

Five star review. Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my boy's bike which I couldn't resolve. I took it into Thame Cycles to ask them to look at the issue and they had it resolved within a few minutes. I was fully prepared to pay for their services but they said there would be no charge. Very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Went in to get a bolt to hold my rear mech on my bike. Turns out, they gave me the bolt that holds the skewer nut in place. So where i have taken my back wheel off, the mech has fallen out and now ive ended up scratching the frame to hell and still cant get wheel and mech in so now i have to walk to work as my bike was my means of getting to work.

These guys could not be more helpful.....If you are like me and totally useless fixing anything mechanical then this is the place to take your bike. Sold me the right part, no pushy sales strategy. I then tried to take the part home and fix myself....fail. Simply took the item in question back to the shop and they sorted it in no time. No extra charge. ***** service all round

Fantastic customer service. I recently bought a new bike for my son (not from Thame Cycles) but needed help setting-up the front brakes. Took it along to Thame Cycles and they helped with the brakes and spent a good 10 mins making sure everything else was set up correctly. This was also despite the shop being busy at the time. Thank you.
