All these raving reviews, this was not our experience, our experience was gloomyThere is a strong connection between the Federation Beth Din and Freshwater and as well as between the Beth Din and Freshwater's lawyer. Therefore they really should NOT be accepting cases involving Freshwater. First of all, Freshwater donates to Jewish organisations and to the rabbis, second their appointed lawyer brings the Federation a lot of business, so they owe him, so awarded him 40,000 in legal fees, where solicitors told us that the arbitrator was not allowed to award fees.Justice? Really?Did we get justice ?Did we get justice according to HALACHA? Did we get justice according to Jewish law?Did we get justice according to civil law, or any law?They also told us that it is very easy to appeal an Arbitration award / decision,which is pretty misleading, and a blatant lie.They also did not disclose that one of the Freshwater Brothers is a rabbi at the Federation Beth Din.Should they have accepted this case?The Golders Green Beth Din refused to accept it because of their connection with Freshwater.They did a decent thing.Why did the federation Beth Din not do the same ?They never informed us that there is an option of mediation rather than arbitration, which does not havesuch drastic and terminal results, as arbitration is 99% impossible to appeal, at least in UK.They also adamantly refused to give us copies of the recording of the hearings, with different excuses.Why did they have to fight so hard not to give us the recordings of the hearings,if it was all kosher ? Any court gives the recordings.Why would someone do that unless they knew, that something was very wrong.Anyway that leaves us with no other option, but to make a complaint to the Association of Arbitrators(The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators ), to make it public, and to forward it to other relevant organisations,to review, investigate, or express their opinion.We are wondering if the Beth Din thinks that justice had been served in this case,They very well know the answer to that question.We thought that we will get fair treatment in a religious establishment, we trusted them,because they are Jewish religious people, so we were sure that they will be honestand will act with integrity, they also guaranteed us that it is easy to appeal a Beth Din Decisionjust like in the County Court".If they told us the truth
