Excellent customer service by Lolly, she was very helpful with our booking requirements. Flats are furnished and completed to a good level. Great service all-round. Would definitely recommend using the company!

Awesome apartment but heating wasn't so great.

Lolly was very polite and professional and dealt with the initial maintenance issues we had however my stay at apartment 13 St George’s is not one I would ever repeat. The flat is very worn and in need of a makeover. Broken door handles, broken shower (which Lolly had addressed promptly) stained carpets, scuffed stained walls, dirty windows, very bad smell from sink, broken lid on kitchen bin, curtain pole falls down in bedroom. All of this aside the worst problem was the broken garage door to what should be secure parking. Due to the door being permanently up this has given rise to drug dealers and users in the car park which made me feel extremely unsafe during my stay. In fairness when I complained about this and asked if we could be moved Lolly did offer alternative accommodation in another location but on advice from family members we didn’t move as we would probably have been in a similar if not worse situation. I stayed for 15 nights and during this time the bins in the car park weren’t emptied and the drug users were going through the bins which meant when going to get into my car or putting rubbish in the bins I was having to be carful not to tread on syringes, rubbish and human excrement. I was in the uk for a funeral so this just added to my misery. I didn’t feel safe the whole time I was there and would never recommend this flat my stay was just horrible!!!!!!
