Rented a property through Grosvenor Waterford after a previous bad experience with Abode in Crosby.Treated with respect and dignity and no outrageous admin or tenant fees.Deposit returned timely and without issues. Very ethical honest estate agents. Pleasure to deal with.

Would never use them again. As a landlord agent were good at helping the tenant. Would not believe the lies and abuse my wife took from the tenant. Allowed the tenants boyfriend a contract despite my wife reporting a smell of drugs. The tenant continuously entered the garage although it wasn't part of the let, saying they had to adjust the gas meter to get the boiler to work despite the fact that it was a smart meter. They claimed a faulty boiler we believe they switched the gas off to extinguish the pilot light forcing us to pay for an engineer to get the boiler working. I would give GW a minus if possible.
