They do not look after there customers after buying a house.They did us out of land, and were caught out lying.163 jobs were done at myhouse.Their maintenance company, have totally failed the home owners at Keepers chase cannock , very badly.There are so manythings that need saying and you need to find out about.come and ask for Rob wilcox , have a coffeeand i will show you what your getting into.

Built an estate promising to build x,y and z but did nothing. Tried to get them to do something about it and they just ignore you. There are much better firms out there who don't make false promises.

I worked here when it was Tarmac Roadstone in 1970s. At the time I thought nothing of the building other than it was functional, warm and spacious. Time moves on and a lot of 70s structures are being pulled down. It behoves us all for the future to preserve at least some of this dynamic era. The Led Zeppelin of office blocks. Love it or hate it you cannot deny it.

Over 2 years since final house in our development complete and they still have not finished the communal areas (Planting trees etc). Plus, quality of houses bad and customer service poor. Items on our snag list still not resolved almost 3 years after moving in. Majority of homes owners in our development dissapointed with Barratts.
