Got the best price offered by any dealership for my car part ex, fixed a blemish on the car I was buying for same price, and were very friendly and helpful throughout. Trusted me to test drive on my own with a great country road route very close by too :) The nav SD they sent me post-sale unfortunately didn't work but should be getting that sorted soon. Will check their website before Autotrader when the time comes (hopefully a long while away!) where I need to shop for a car again. Cheers guys!

Worst experience ever. I called them plenty of times until they picked up the phone. They told me on phone the car have no issues. 2013 Suzuki Swift Sport KR62 XEW. I drove 5 hours and 250 miles to see the car, from liverpool - there and back. The owner probably took dogs in the car plenty of times, hair and scratches everywhere, its just awful. probably a smoker car too, cigarette holes on the seat, and stains as well. Front and rear bumper also damaged. Its a used car it can happen, but why hide it on the photos ? why saying in the ad its a great example"? why lie on phone the car have no issues? made me drive there to see this... really dissapointed..."

Had an excellent buying exsperiance with Andy today told him what I wanted told me what was available let me look around make my decision and was on hand to assist no pushy sales tactics no trying to sell me extras. Bought signed sealed within an hour. In my opinion this is what you want

I went to Affordable Cars last year to look and was very impressed, so came again to look and purchase a car. Found the perfect car for me Hyundai i10 and had a first class experience. From first looking at the car through to collection everyone was pleasant, helpful and no pressure, the car was even ready earlier than expected. Car wasn't there when arranged to collect after driving over 3 hours. They lied and said the finance company was informed but they should've just called me. Didn't register the sale with dvla so I still haven't got my V5 . Ignored my emails about the faults, they always say the person who deals with that is off this week and now say I'd need to drive it back leave it with them and wait for it to be fixed before I could collect it. I wish I had walked away when they first showed their incompetence. Avoid at all costs. I am taking legal advice now.

We bought a 2014 Peugeot 3008 from here and I can honestly say it is the best service I’ve ever received. So much so that after 8 weeks of owning this car unfortunately the battery died and as I purchased the 3 year extended Rac warranty I called back in just to see if it was covered. However it wasn’t but because they are such a great company they are replacing the battery free of charge. # great customer service!!!! Highly recommended
