No feedback comms from company . Customer has to do ALL the legwork to chase up. When asked for total pricing of work. Reply met with 'you are hard work' and much exasperation. Presumably, You want something done, you damn well accept it regardless of cost. Prices very flexible to suit company without any amicable consideration to client. Got to throw in a substantial buffer of X hundred pounds more on top of initial estimation made by experienced technicians to cover any unforseen costs regardless of being in biz numerous years. Doubtful the figures would be revised Jan, the owner demonstrated why so many contractors are considered parasites and must be avoided.Avoid this company at all costs. Unless someone else is paying the charge.

total rip off. i've asked for an estimate to recharge a fridge with gas. quote was £120-£140. end up paying almost £300. they said the engineer didn't have the right tool for the job and i have to pay the time he went to buy or to find the tool. 40 min job I had to pay for 3 hours + extra the engineer visit... i will never call them again.
