Left Leeds at 04.30 Saturday morning stopped for fuel in Kidderminster carried on to Plymouth where we did shopping at sainsbury's without any problems then about 10 miles from Looe the car went into limp mode I managed to get it into a farm track where I called Green flag they sent out tonkin recovery the first guy was great I think his name was josh he checked everything out and arranged recovery as its an auto and quattro so couldn't be towed he told me the best garage to take it to when Steve arrived with the flat bed truck he was just as good as the first lad. I can't than tonkin recovery enough they turned a stressful event into Childs play.Tonkin recovery are the best many many thanks.Dave from Leeds

Very poor customer service. My vehicle was due to be recovered by them, initially I was told one day which came and went. This happened three more times so in the end another company had to take it from them. Throughout the experience they didn't update me once, I had to chase them. They didn't give me any clear explanation of what had gone wrong or why I could not have a confirmed slot for recovery.

Very good honest MOT test ,with no invented faults,I should know because I used to do MOTs back in the 1970s,Very good place for your next MOT.

we would just like to thank the team at tonkin for there excellent service we received last saturday (30 /7/16). W e broke down just outside temple around 1.30 pm and received a service above and beyond the call of duty from one of your recovery men (TOM) a big thank you for taking us to meet the low loader driven by STEVE .who took us on the rest of our journey to ruan minor.
