Arrived for the appointment to find the mobile shack (that’s the best way to describe it) was locked up. Then found a guy sitting in a car who said he was from WBAC and could I wait as he was on a call (so much for my appointment). Eventually he came over to me and asked for the logbook and service book and went back to his car to ‘do a valuation’. When he came back he said my car wasn’t ULEZ compliant and they could only offer me nearly half of what the website quoted. Why when I entered the car registration did the system not know it wasn’t ULEZ compliant as Mayor Khan does? Not once did your man look over the car for a ‘complete onsite inspection’ and as such you have completely wasted my time in such an unprofessional manner. It all seems a bit Mickey Mouse and all I can say is ‘Avoid at all costs’ and that includes you Phil Schofield.

The lady was rude and unprofessional. Looked like she didnt want to be there and I rudely disturbed her from using her phone. She didnt bother look at my car, she just put my reg in and said a number. Useless.

Came out to get the car valued, was told I would have got the original quote if I had brought the car into them within the 4 days minus admin fee. A week later I did another valuation and brought the car to them within the 4 days. Was served by a different gentlemen who said he couldn't give me what I was quoted due to the damage. Therefore the first person who served me didn't give me the correct valuation of the car.Total waste of time! First time arrived on time for the appointment to then have to wait 45 minutes to be seen. I would much rather deal with 5 time wasters trying to sell private then go to webuyanycar. They will knock around £90 per damaged alloy. Any scratches or scrapes you can see up to £100 knocked off. The price quoted is for a grade A brand new car. I should have listened to the reviews.

Went in to ask a question the lady was looking at her phone, half ignoring me. I just walked out. I hope she is not getting paid for a job she is not doing! Talk about customer service!

They cut initial quote in half to £3000 for minor scratches on bumper and minor fault.Total ripoff, avoid if you can.

Was kept waiting well over the time slot I was given then told I needed paper work I wasn't told about so I could sell my car that day anyway.Poor service.
