Absolutely appalled at the lack of transparency and honesty from this dealership during a distance sale process.I made enquiry and paid for a 2019 BMW X3 (FV69SXF) 2 weeks in advance and then travelled 266 miles/ 5.5 hrs from my home in Glasgow to Lincoln by train with the intention of collecting the car. A car which was described as being in great condition, had been “through prep”, just serviced and was having four new tyres fitted. During negotiations, with the salesman and sales manager, I specifically asked that the tyres be changed like for like with ones which were already fitted (Bmw star rated tyres as specified for xdrive vehicles to save any issues with the cars transfer box) and was assured that this would be done. I was also told that 2 of the alloys and a small dent on the car had been “smart” repaired during the “prep” process but other than that the car was fine.On arriving at the dealership (Kia Lincoln) and examining the car I found that, not only was it filthy and very badly presented but also, almost every panel had scratches/ stone chips on the paint work, the alloy wheels (which had allegedly been refurbished during prep) had scratches/damage and that the two front tyres were not “Bmw star rated”, as promised, whereas the two rears were.It was certainly not “a stunning BMW X3” nor what I would describe as “cosmetically prepared to the highest standard” as described on their advertisement.I have been driving for 40 years and during that time have bought numerous cars, including several by “distance sale”, but this has been the worst experience yet and certainly not what I expected from a main dealership.Needless to say I did not purchase the carand had to endure another 266 miles/5.5 hour train journey home after receiving a full refund.I have only given this review one star as there was not the opportunity to give it zero.

After our current car suddenly dying on us, we looked at Kia and found them highly rated.From entering the showroom, Oliver Gray was welcoming and knowledgable regarding the different models. Made the whole process seem effortless. I even went back the following day with my dad so he could see the model, and also look at the secondhand Hybrids.Looking forward to our new arrival, which my son has already named, and having many years worry free motoring.

Would have given 5 stars, except for the mechanic who rang me saying that I required tracking on five year old rear tyres, after five years if there was an issue tyres would have been in desperate need of changing still 4.5mm minimum of tread all round.Unfortunately I was not the one born every minute customer!

We recently bought our second car from Stoneacre Kia in Lincoln and we can honestly say that all of the staff there have been extremely polite, efficient and friendly. I must mention Ollie G, who, after enquiring what exactly we were looking for found us a vehicle that really did fit our needs. while not being at all pushy he emphasised that there was someone else interested in the vehicle, and after loing out to another buyer the previous time, Ollie provided an option where we could secure the vehicle while still waiting for a payout from our insurance company. Thanks to him we got the vehicle that we really wanted immeadiately with no financial loss on the whole deal. I have also found the after sales service very good and the help and advice for the long term servicing and warranty has ensured we have a vehicle we can rely on and will hold it's value more because of the advice given. Thanks to all at Stoneacre.

I have to say this is the worst experience from a car dealershipPurchasing my Kia Sportage in 2019, with 8 miles on the clock, 1st service went to Volvo next door as Kia don't do Saturdays, advised pollen filter needed changing asked for video showing me the pollen filter as this was of a charge £49.99 and all i got was a 3 second video of my car reg which was not helpful.2nd service (Sept 21) at Kia itself service book not filled out and tried selling me tyres which had been changed 3 days before hand and to tell me tracking was out and my wipers were bad smearing (told not to change i would check when the vehicle is returned )I asked the guy who dropped my vehicle off was there an issue with my blades he said no and was not smearing as I had been advised they lasted another 7 months before the drivers one split and replaced locally (Feb 22)Today 3rd service (Aug 22) and MOT at 15.22 received a call regarding my service and the advisory told about rear tyres need replacing, was told they price match gave price of tyres I had booked in somewhere else as same tyres from Kia are more expensive I mentioned what is happening re white worm the lad had no idea what I was talking about and would find out and update me and also let me know when the car would be returning, So at 17.50 I had no update re car returning, no update re the white worm I called for no one being available to speak to me as most had gone home. As I had already shown the guy who collect3d my vehicle and asked to ensure the service book was filled out from 2021 was told this would be done. Checked booked upon return at 18.40 when dropped off and showed the Volvo representative who dropped car off that service book for 2021 service still not completedIf you can find another garage to service, MOT your car please do the customer service and care this garage gives is not greatSo unaware if I now have to drive 18 miles to get pictures of the white worm to then drive 18 miles back after it was already at the the garage for photos to be takenPoor customer service all round and knowing there was a yellow post it note on my paperwork yesterday to say ' Customer has had bad experience ' nothing had changed01/09 Told today by a representative from volvo that this was not white worm but Kia warranty say its corrosion (again covered on warranty) and I was told to ring the customer care team who I have spoken to a lovely lady who was very helpful and she was able to see the same issue regarding white worm on nearside rear back in October 2021 where I had the same issue this was replaced under 'customer good will'Its been suggested that its kerbing / stone chip Its very clear this is not kerbing or stone chip as smooth to the touchSo now awaiting for further information as customer care have asked for photos to be re submitted to hopefully get the wheel replaced as a 'customer good will' as they have done already to the rear nearside back in October2021 and certianly given all the issues I've had with Customer Service on now 3 visits for servicing.

Recently got myself a Kia and decided to use a genuine Kia dealer for my servicings. I was very happy with the friendly service, nice little customer waiting area, they kept me up to date with the cars progress and most of the time to have a courtesy cars available if needed. Service was done in good time, car was nicely washed and hoovered inside. Very pleased

I had an appointment today to discuss my options for a new car which I will have 2 weeks today, I could have had it next week but would like it the following week. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained thoroughly and I went for a ride in a Kia Picanto with the salesman. Very happy with everything and it is all go now. Really excited to be getting my new Kia Picanto. Thank you to Ollie (the older one)
