We called Capital Heat because of their very strong reviews across all the major review websites. We were delighted when they were able to attend to our property the next day. Our engineer, Peta, arrived early and was incredibly thorough but also very efficient in identifying a gas leak and rectifying it. He literally sprinted up and down our many stairs and explained exactly how he was doing his testing to eliminate possibilities and come up with the solution. At the end, everything was meticulously tidied away and he had fitted some new valves to make our system safer in future.We would highly recommend Capital Heat in general and their engineer in particular. We will be using them again for all our heating and plumbing requirements and will be recommending them to the occupants of our block.
