We actually sold our house two times with Ryder & Dutton as our first seller pulled out at the last minute, and both times we received excellent service from their office in Uppermill.The second time around their senior negotiator Jenny did a brilliant job from the start through to completion, keeping us updated all the time and also working hard to push the chain along. Having dealt with another estate agent for a previous failed purchase and received poor treatment as the buyers, it was refreshing to have such wonderful support from Charlotte and Jenny at Ryder & Dutton. Charlotte kept us regularly updated and quickly followed-up with any questions or concerns we had. We are now settling into our wonderful new house, and can look forward to the next chapter for our family in lovely Saddleworth.

We have just sold a house with Ryder and Dutton. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Lottie arranged our viewings and was always really polite, organised and helpful. Jenny Boyle dealt the the remainder of the sale and really helped to move the process along with regular phone calls to solicitors on our behalf always keeping us updated. Jenny was super responsive, efficient and made the sale of our property a nice, stress free experience. I would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton.

Poor communication and professionalism. We enquired about a property and were told that a soft credit check would take 2-4 days. We received no information. We rang back after 9 days of waiting to be told that it was let agreed last week and we were told nothing. Moreover, the person on the phone cut the call short before I had finished speaking.
