Colin totally sorted a bent mech hanger when I called in on what would've been his lunch break. Gears working as new afterwards. Efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Good but expensive. Colin was friendly and helpful on the phone and in store. I asked for a full cable replacement set (2 brake cables, 2 gear cables, brake housing, gear housing, caps and 2 noodles) and was charged £34 for it - which I found quite dear. Colin informed me it's because he stocks very high quality components (KBLE transfil). If you're looking for cheap ol' Shimano you'll need to go elsewhere.

Colin is a top guy who works tirelessly to keep cyclists from Dunbar and further afield moving. Great mechanic with fair prices and an excellent shop. Highly recommended.

I have known Colin at Belhaven Bikes for a number of years now. I have bought eight bikes from him plus equipment etc for business use, during this time. He has serviced them and looked after them when required, always to a very high standard. He is approachable, obviously knows his way around a bike! His shop is not just a shop, its a place were the local residents pop in for a chat and check out his stock at the same time. He is very active and supportive of the local community and I would go no where else to either buy a bike or have it serviced. In fact I've just bought a bike for myself recently and its probably the best bike ive ever had!! If your looking for a bike or scooter in the East Lothian area get yourself along and see Colin at Belhaven Bikes!!!!!!!

What a good man Colin is, I took my bike there with a puncture and the service I received was above and beyond what I expected, it was the first day of a long tour and hopefully the first of many positive interactions. It made my day. Great shop and a great guy.

I had a mechanical issue with my gears. Popped in unannounced, and by the time I had drunk my coffee from the garage my bike was ready and I was back on the road again. Great service from a great bloke

Colin is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I walked into his shop looking for a new bike with a child's seat and helmet with no idea of what I needed.He has given me great advice and made sure I was 100% certain before I left the shop.Would definitely recommend this gem of a bike shop.

Exemplar service. Bike pedals were seized and I needed to replace them. Problem solved in 2 minutes using correct tool and muscle power. No payment requested.
