This is my regular hair salon.Sarah and her staff are lovely and really talented hairdressers.I recommend them highly.I'm always pleased with the results when they do my hair.

Highly recommend. Sarah and Kelly are lovely. Very experienced and advice accordingly on your hair type. My go to at the minute.

Changes is THE place to go for your own or child/childrens haircut. I have a 3 year old boy who has additional needs and i was struggling to find a barber to cut his hair, either barbers were saying no because my boy has complex needs or they would try and my boy would cry so they would stop. I rung changes and asked them if they would cut my boys hair and they agreed straight away, so i took my boy and he got his haircut whilst sitting down on his own like a pro he didnt even flinch. The staff was super friendly with him and so affectionate towards him he really amazed me so i now have found my place to take my boy for a haircut. Thank you so much guys you are awesome.

I asked for a 3 layered hair cut with a V cut at the back and few feathers just at the front of my face! I explained very well and showed many pictures! The stylist didn’t even bothered to look at the pictures properly and wasn’t really paying attention to what I wanted when I was explaining! She just went on to cutting/chopping hair, cutted off way more then I asked for! Messed up my hair completely! It doesn’t even look even from the left and right side ! The feathers are not even blended! It’s no where near to what I wanted! It’s just horrible and my hair are way too too short to even get the cut sorted from Somewhere else now!

Sarah ALWAYS knows how to cut my hair and define my natural curls. She's cut my hair since I was a little girl and I don't trust anyone but her to cut my hair lol. She's a great conversationalist and very welcoming. HIGHLY recommended

Very welcoming and friendly. All staff were down to earth and chatty making me feel at ease going to a new hairdresser. They did a great job trimming and foil highlights at a great price too. I will be back without a doubt. They're great with my 2 year old little girl too she now asks to go to the hairdressers.

Lovely shop and atmosphere with experienced and kind hairdressers who remember who you are each time and even go above and beyond to try squeeze you in last minute

Very friendly staff but unfortunately they aren't experienced in handling naturally curly/wavy hair and yesterday's appointment will be my last. I requested my hair be left curly but dried fully as I was planning on going out shortly after. After roughly scrubbing my wet hair with a towel rather than gently squeezing as is advised for curly hair the stylist proceeded to use a hairdryer on full heat with no diffuser. The result was no curl definition and a dry frizzy mess which today is now brittle, course and damaged. I will need to deep condition a few times to fix this.
