I got chrome nails for my birthday, and the lady that did my nails, did an amazing job! Her eye to quality and the extra time she gave to ensure my nails where exactly how I wanted - I completely appreciate and I would definitely recommend!

I went in there after doing my own nails for years and let me tell you, my DIY days are gone!They were super nice and even though they were busy they managed to see me quite quickly.The man doing my nails really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect.They removed my DYI set, got the extension, long nail, and gel only for £45 - money very well spent.

Clean salon with friendly staff, my only complaint is the price varies depending on who does your nails. I’ve had the same service 3 times and the cost has been different each time. The most expensive has been £35 for a £25 manicure with shellac because I had a coat of nail builder… really! Also charged for shellac removal which wasn’t charged on my last 2 visits. Considering looking for a new salon with consistent prices.

I came by this shop because the one on the main road was too busy. This is surely the last time. The man with the tattoo and baseball cap broke my natural nails to then advise me to shorten them a bit as these were a big too long.I requested a BIAB so he put a base coat and I asked him if he shouldn't file them first and he said no.. later. The filing of my nails was so rough and uneven so I asked him to round the corner as it was too sharp. You can see from the pictures the filing and shape is off .He then proceeded with the BIAB. I have been doing BIAB for the past year and this place DO NOT have the technique for Biab.He ended up filing it away and started again.I ended up doing a french which I regret because the oval shape are uneven.When he was done , he cut my cuticle which I believe should have been done before and told me to wash my hand and handed me the hand cream.It felt a bit funny because the white lady he did the nails before me had a nice hand massage so why am I being handed the cream to apply it myself..all customers should be treated the same way. Anyway..45£ for that service.. never again

Had a really bad experience1. They clipped my nails without asking (to apply acrylics) after I'd explicitly said at least twice that I wanted gel polish2. Showed them 3 different designs of increasing simplicity, was told they couldn't do the first two. Also asked them what sort of designs they could do after the first rejection, lady serving me couldn't offer a clear answer3. Don't think they selected the right acrylic sizes for my nails as I could feel them lifting oof right out of the salon and it's slightly painful.4. Didn't do any cuticle prep, just went straight in with cuticle cutters, that was painful as well (Also, !!! Didn't see any sign of SANITISATION for cutters in the shop, maybe this is done in the back room idk)5. Finally, pricing seems to be whatever the person serving you feels like charging. The base price for single color shellac for example is 35, but they can mark up anywhere up to 50 for nail art or removing your old nails.

The male technician at this establishment had a poor attitude and used aggressive language, which has had a negative impact on me psychologically. Two weeks ago, I had a nail service at this salon with a female technician, and I was satisfied with the service. However, during my recent visit, the male technician who was removing my old acrylic nails did not mention any additional charge for the removal. It was only during the checkout process that the manager informed me about the fee for the removal. I tried to explain that I had previously been a customer and hoped for a complimentary removal, but the manager refused, which left me feeling puzzled.The combination of the technician's unpleasant attitude and the undisclosed additional charge has made me very uncomfortable. I have decided to blacklist this store and will not be using their services anymore due to their practice of concealing fees and providing poor customer service.

Waiting in a queue after I ALREADY BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE? Erm no thank you! I don’t know if they are just greedy like that but anyone who walks in wiht no appointment they tell them to wait and rush on other clients’ nail in order to get everyone’s nails done - please accept the work that you can finish with the capacity of staff you have don’t waste ppls time
