From the initial call the quotation and installation, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost and professionalism. The insulation has kept my house warmer for my two kiddies over the cold winter, and the boarding has added much needed storage space in the loft.

Finding a trade to give you a quote and complete the work these days is hard work. Not with Loft Solutions. They made the whole process quick and easy, with excellent communication all the way through. I was happy with the quality of work, and the guys made sure I was happy too before they left.

From quotation to booking and fitting Loft Solutions NW were friendly helpful and professional. Their quotation was very competitive and the surveyor gave us lots of great tips to maximise the space. Imogen responded quickly and helpfully to our questions by email. Adam arrived with another fitter on time, they text beforehand with their ETA they were very courteous and respectful of our new home, they covered our carpets kept doors closed to minimise disruption and completed the job very quickly leaving us a helpful video for using the ladder and hatch. I would highly recommend the team.

Over the two days of having our loft boarded and our hatch extended, the guys from Loft Solutions worked incredibly hard and did a fabulous job. Communication with the office was always very good and immediate. For us, it was worth the extra cost to have the hatch extended and to have a proper ladder. Adam & Callum did a great job in our loft fitting a hatch with a loft ladder and handrail, insulation, a raised floor system with boarding and shelves. The electricians fitted an LED light with switch. Prompt, professional and tidy. I would highly recommend Loft Solutions NW Ltd. A very happy customer.

We were so impressed by the professionalism of this company.They arrived on time to give us a quote for moving a loft hatch /boarding /loft ladder. Chris (I think it was Chris?) was super friendly and absolutely not sales pushy at all! He gave really good advice to us.We were kept informed of the date the work was to commence by Imogen in the office. On the day of the work the contractors arrived on time and were very professional and skilled in their work. They were also super friendly. They protected the surfaces with dust sheets and even cleaned up the dust afterwards. We are very happy with the loft, the framing and boarding looks really solid and they did really neat work. They took the time to show us how the ladder worked and were patient while we practised lowering it and packing it away.Dealing with this company has been a breath of fresh air compared to other contractors we have dealt with lately. Had Loft Solutions out for a quote for Loft boarding and insulation. Didn't attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Actually saved me money by letting me know I didn't need anymore insulation. Gave 3 quotes for different area sizes as well as an itemized quote for extras such as loft hatches etc.The team that installed the boarding were fantastic very professional and very friendly. They went above and beyond to answer any questions and any concerns I had. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. The work was first rate and done to a high finish as well as cleaning while they work.Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from all members of the LSNW Ltd. team. Throughout the process I was kept informed by a very polite, friendly and professional admin (Imogen). The surveyor and the lads who installed the flooring (Chris and Carl) were again, polite, hard working and professional. I was constantly being asked if i was happy with what was being done and I certainly was happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend!
