I opened my rug package to find out it is the completely wrong item # rug and wrong length. They send me some one else's order. So who is getting my rug? So now I have to wait for someone from customer service to investigate. I tried to call and no one answered. I sent an email and still waiting a response. Now I don't have the right carpet for thanksgiving and have no idea when or if I will ever receive the right rug. I don't know if I would recommend this website or company unless you like headaches. I really hope they fix my order so I can remove this review and write a new one about how helpful they can be.

Was able to choose own length of hallway runner. Very easy process to order online. Fast and efficient delivery. Quality is exceptionally good for price paid. Would use them again.

I wanted to renovate the whole house and replace the carpet running from the stairs to the hallway. After browsing everywhere on the web and ran into only unaffordable carpet runner I found this company on eBay and wanted to give it a try especially because I felt in love with the blue dot and had limited budget. My order was placed when there was a sale and the carpet arrives about a week after from UK to France.I'm very happy of the quality for the price I paid, it was a little bit hard to cut. I think it would be better if the carpet could be upgraded to 18 or 20mm with a premium to pay and maybe the carpet should arrive with instructions

Easy to order, delivered just as promised and the rug is just what I wanted. Liked fact that there is wide range of lengths. So many of well known" suppliers have fixed carpet sizes with little flexibility and most of them far too short for our hall!! The rug looks great!"

The service was excellent . All the items for fitting the stair and landing carpet came with the carpet. I had a quote for supplying and fitting two different types of carpet. The prices ranged between £1229 - £1837. Way too expensive!. Carpet Runners did it for £420! Admittedly I had to fit it myself, but that was the fun bit. When they see how well I have fitted it, guests think it was done professionally, and that was with a winding stair!

Lovely rug. It was entirely my fault but ordered the wrong colour. Rang the 0800 customer services and the guy was SO polite & helpful. He immediately emailed me a postage paid return label. I was so pleased with the original that when I did order the right colour, I ordered a longer one and small one as a door mat. Will certainly be using them again and would totally recommend. 5 stars

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal withExtremely disappointed with the quality of products and the very poor level of service. We purchased two rugs which had to be returned. Carrier failed to show on more than one occasion despite arranging to take time off work for the uplift and that was after exchanging emails and promises of collection. The replacement rugs arrived and where no better than the first lot. This time it took several emails with no response from the supplier re an update and despite calling the supplier and given assurances of collection I arranged time off work on a few occasions only to be met with the same uplift issues. Eventually after two weeks the carrier collected them followed by a further week for my refund. The suppliers lack of communication and updates left a lot to be desired coupled with my time off work at my cost. I would have thought that given the present economic climate that my business would be gladly welcome. Sadly this was not the case. My advice to anyone thinking of dealing with this company is avoid them like the plague.

I would echo Samuntha's comments. We received our stair runner in late January 2019 and on 2nd Feb reported that the stripes on the two pieces don't match. The runner is 'london calling' and has vertical stripes, and the stripes on the two pieces don't match so we can't fit the carpet together. We have had appalling customer service so far, it's 24 days since we reported the problem and sent photographic proof of the stripes not matching, and still no resolution. So far they've blamed their supplier and computer problems (twice), but we've not has a single phone call back when we've been promised them and it's been left to us to chase, and chase, and chase. I rang again yesterday and was told that they couldn't check my order, because yet again they have computer problems. I explained that the computer has got nothing to do with the complaint a month ago that two pieces of the same carpet don't fit together because they don't match! What they should have done is apologised, arranged for the carpet to be returned, and sent us two matching pieces...but we're a month in, hundreds of pounds down, and still have bare stairs. Really disappointed, I'd strongly advise thinking twice about using this company. ##UPDATE## - 26th March 2019, almost three months since we ordered our carpet, and the issue is still not resolved. We're now issuing a small claims court claim for our money back. Absolutely shocking service, literally the worst company we have ever dealt with.
