Good range of both games and accessories. Expensive for new releases, not too bad for preowned. Also stock trading cards, second-hand gear, toys and various plushes etc, all video game related.Losing a couple of stars because will you PLEASE stop putting boxes out for games you don't have in stock. Wasting everyone's time there, especially when the queues are long! Beware the black sticker!

It an ok game shop but seeing as there is little competition in this sector it's difficult to get a bargain , but the shop it's self if bright and airy , clean and well presented, staff tend to be all behind counter but do seem well informed and pleasant , also quite knowledgeable, the merchandise can be quite extensive, although prices are not the best. Points card is an incentive to keep returning

Worst customer service ever in here, there were 4 guys behind the counter, took ages for anyone to serve us. When we got served there was no 'service', he kept talking to his mate. Don't normally leave bad reviews but this shop need to re-train their staff in how to be polite!! Not good.

Lazy incompetent staff. Despite being advertised as opening at 10am there was still no sign of any staff on the premises to open up at 10.15.I had planned on spending in excess of £500 on a new console and games but apparently a company that has face administration multiple times doesn't actually need or want our money.Also the Argos 30 seconds walk away sells most of the same games for £10 less.

We couldn’t stay as long as we wanted because the place stunk so badly of body odor. Please have a word with your staff about personal hygiene, it was truly the worst.

Got a couple of discounted games, 2 for 1 offer, and Zelda breath of the wild pre-owned cartridge, not the download code only version. That seems to be the usual choice.Helpful staff who wete very knowledgeable and prepared to talk gsmes and gaming without trying to upsell , great selection, and i haven't put my handheld switch down for long since visiting.
