Unacceptable service. Serious training needed here. E Tickets are an accepted method of transport and the QR codes provided on E ticket attachements allow you to scan and travel. Including booking for third party travellers. The station staff refused to accept the E tickets i had. I have always used these to travel around and always scanned my way through. Never have i ever encountered a problem. The staff claimed that the downloaded ticket with the QR code was not a ticket. This is simply untrue and it was a perfectly valid ticket to travel on. They claimed it needed to be on the app only. However it clearly states on the tickets, you can scan the downloaded ticket attachments or use them via the app (if you have an account!). TRAIN YOUR STAFF! I will be getting compensation for being made to buy a new ticket for no reason.

Really good station, suitable for wheelchair users or disabled! Always clean and maintained. Trains to Marylebone and Oxford are at 25 to 30 minutes frequency.Beware of Chinese and Arab tourists when coming off the train at Bicester Village station, they shove their hard case suitcases on you before you step out of the train. They are extremely rude with no manners. The train station management has done nothing about it!!!!

The station is well maintained and easy to access the shopping area. It has got a nice waiting area and car parking as well. You can catch London Marylebone / Oxford trains easily from here.

July 2022. Its over. Staff are incredibly arrogant. The telephone/ data signal is useless, not enough maps showing shop layout, no more VAT refund. Thank goodness Pret a Manger is there. 3 of us paid £90 in train fares ( not including london subway fares ) we did not cover our fairs on the “savings”. We can get as good if not better deals on line. 3 years ago we spent £1000’s there. But don’t see a reason to return.

Possibly the best railway station waiting room in the UK or even the world. Smells lovely, has comfortable and luxurious seating, power points and wireless chargers, water and dates and a concierge service. WiFi is available too. Most importantly it's free to enter since it's run by Bicester Village rather than the train operator Chiltern Railways. Wish all stations were this nice.

Very nice modern style station building. This station is served by Chiltern railways from London to Oxford. Big car park and cycle stand just out of station. Good service because of tourists and shopping place. Better to buy tickets in advance for more reduced prices. Btw beautiful views on way of your train journey.

This is a review about the railway station and not the outlet mall. Station is served by trains between Oxford and London Marylebone. The station is modern and has lifts between the 2 platforms. If coming from Oxford there are two exits one for the shopping centre and the other for the town. This platform has had some money spent on it and has six proper benches whereas the opposite platform simply has a bus shelter. If arriving from London, you will need to navigate steps or use lifts. If visiting shopping centre, signage is great and there are no steps. Announcements for the station and at the station are in a number of languages (including Chinese) but for everywhere else it's only in English even if heading to the tourist centre of Oxford! There is plenty of car parking for the station and you can pay using the Ringgo app.
