Love their shoes, very comfy and great quality.The Manager or lady in charge is quite sharp with her staff, not nice to hear!

I bought a pair of chase11 deck shoes from Hotter online a few weeks back. I kept them as I thought after wearing them a bit around the house they would be okay. I then had three toenails operated on so couldn’t wear them anymore until just recently. I went for a ten minute walk in them and came home with horrible blisters on the back of my heels. I have asked, but Hotter said I can’t return them as they have been worn outside and I’m outside of the 30 day return period. Whilst I do appreciate companies having a returns policy I do hate it when there is no way of knowing whether shoes are going to be okay until you’ve had a proper walk in them outside. I really didn’t expect hotters to cause blisters like this , so whilst I know I’m outside of the returns period etc etc, I can’t help feeling hugely disappointed. These were my first hotters , and I was initially pleased to find shoes in wide widths. Sadly though, my first experience has been a complete waste of money! And it puts me right off trying any other styles just in case.

The staff were helpful and friendly and when I liked a style that they didn't have in my size, they offered to order them in for me. I told them I didn't get over to Norwich very often, no problem, they said they would deliver them to my address. Best of all there was a sale on at the store and, yes, I found a pair of shoes in my size that I liked. Bargain!

We were visiting Norwich and found this lovely shop in the most central location possible, hard to miss it. I have difficult" feet and always order Hotters online

Always a pleasure to visit Hotter. Staff friendly and helpful without being over bearing. Once you are trying on styles they do leave you to discover comfort for yourself but also still available to fetch other options. Staff l have dealt with have been knowledgeable about size, width etc and know what is in stock and always willing to order for you. Hotter can be on the expensive end of the market but the quality and fit is outstanding and my shoes, boots and sandals have lasted for ages. Hotter often have sales and special offers which makes it more affordable.

I made the mistake of visiting on a super busy day. There were a lot of customers browsing, trying on shoes etc. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed & were trying to serve 2 or 3 customers at a time. It all seemed a bit chaotic.The shoes/sandals all looked of good quality with plenty of choice, but I opted to leave as the store was too crowded.

Went into the store with my wife who was intending to get something, but I ended up getting a very good deal on a pair of mens shoes. Ryan the salesman did a super job. First rate all round.

Excellent shopping experience! Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The shop is clean, tidy and very pleasant. Chairs to try on aren't all on top of each other, you feel like you have your own space. Really couldn't fault them! Would definitely recommend.

These Goretex Hotter shes are the most comfortable I wear and last for years. Walking the Cleveland Way this year then later climbing Striding Edge on Helvellyn was no problem. A bit scuffed but fine. Each time a buy a pair I resolve to only wear them for light tasks to keep them looking good. In the event i just wear them all the time and they are fine. These shoes are great for customers but not so good for business as they stay waterproof and take years to wear out

I visited back on 18th June, very late afternoon whilst visiting a relative... there is no Hotter store anywhere near where I live so it was on my must visit list re Norwich shops. All the staff were very helpful and I found just the right pair of trainers... I am very careful re comfort and fit, and take my time, and it was not long before closing time, but the staff...were patient and friendly and didn't rush me. 10 out of 10!!!
