Eliza is brilliant! I couldn't recommend her enough - her professional and friendly service makes you feel at ease throughout the treatment. She is honest about the treatment she thinks you will need and is really flexible when it comes to booking appointments. Highly recommended. Eliza is knowledgeable and professional. Direct from the start about what would be needed to achieve the best results, rather than hooking me in with a shorter course of treatment then needing to extend it. Having had only one treatment before lockdown Eliza was also very understanding when it took a long time to re-start treatments (due to living with someone who was extremely vulnerable) honouring the original price. I am very pleased with the results so have now gone on to have more areas treated.

I have just had a total of 11 sessions with Eliza for laser hair removal on my legs, bikini area and under arms and am so happy and impressed with the results. My hair type is quite thick and dark and I have very fair skin so I was intrigued to see how effective this procedure would be but it has worked so well. We started off with 8 sessions and then I had an additional 3. Eliza was kind enough to pause my appointments for 10 months as I ended up having a baby during the course of the treatment. Eliza is professional and ensures you are comfortable to throughout the sessions. I am very pleased I chose her and for me it has been well worth it.

I went to Eliza for hair removal and found her to offer an excellent and professional service. Eliza noticed the sun damage on my face and arms and suggested I use her IPL treatment for this. It is painful initially, but the skin soon recovers and the results are incredible! The skin is firmer, the dark spots have disappeared and my skin looks so much clearer and lighter. I'm delighted by this.

I have now finished my course of lazer hair removal and I'm so pleased. Despite the disruption to treatments caused by the pandemic, I have great results. I used to spend so much time waxing, plucking, epilating and shaving and was always having to plan before going anywhere in swimwear. Now hair removal no longer needs to be part of my regular routine and with the occasional shave, I'm always beach ready! Would highly recommend this treatment. Eliza is extremely professional and always wanted the best outcome for me.

I've had the laser hair treatment with Eliza and i'm incredibly pleased with the results! The treatment is quick and really painless, and although I understand results can differ between hair types, the results Eliza has achieved for me have been amazing and definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend her services as she made me feel so comfortable, and she's always very accommodating in finding the right time for my appointments to fit around my schedule. In the past I've also had the hydrafacial with Eliza which left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed with lasting results. Also under Eliza's instruction I've been using several of the ZO skinhealth products she works with in a routine she personalised to my skin to keep it cleansed and exfoliated, which has also worked really well for me. I always recommend Eliza to all my friends as she's consistently provided me with a fantastic and knowledgeable service.
