I can’t Recommend Dan from Smart pools enough, he’s been coming to our commercial leisure club for over 10 years and his knowledge is second to none! Response time is amazing and he’s always at the end of the phone for support if needed, and covers the entire length of the country too! Top bloke.

We had a problem with a pool cleaner that Smart Pool Services sold us - it wasn’t their fault, but the manufacturers. They couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting out a problem that wasn’t their fault, and liaising with the manufacturer on our behalf. Highly recommended.

Purchased robotic pool cleaner mid day 17th July. It arrived before 10am next day. Great customer service. This was after talking to someone from the company who was very helpful. Took time to understand my questions went away and within 10 mins came back with the answers.Will def use again.

So, I was literally a damson in distress!My pool wasn't working and I had absolutely no idea! I found Dan online and from the first instant phone call he went out of his way to help me, nothing was too much, contact was second to none, and he really did me a fare job which was not about him making money!I would go out of my way to recommend this company, friendly and professional with nothing being too much!I would rate higher than 5 stars if able.Thanks Dan :)P.S. the picture isn't Dan LOL

I cannot recommend Smart pool services enough i have been using them for a few years now. They are my go to for all my pool issues. Fast, efficient and always know the exact problem which is needed for dealing with our large commercial site to get everything back in shape, even from small jobs to a full refit they will always have you covered. Friendly company and very professional. I would give 10 stars if i could !!

I cant rate this business high enough , very efficient and professional yet able to provide expert personal service.Having used a number of different swimming pool companies to construct ,maintain and repair our school hydrotherapy unit in the past ,Smart Pool Services are by far the best and fully warrant their 5 star rating.
