Can't recommend Duncan and the team enough. They must have saved us £100's over the last few years we've been dealing with them. The monthly phone bill is usually half what it was under the other British Telecommunications company who shall remain nameless, so very happy.The Service & response times are still very good , and on the few occasions we have had an issue they have promptly ensured it was resolved without us having to hang on listening to a recorded message telling us how important our call is to them.
