The Pudsey Hearing Room (Hearing Care Bradford + Leeds)

Saw Rob to investigate an issue with my Oticon Xceed Hearing Aids whereby they had decreased performance over the past year even when turning up the volume in the app. Rob quickly got them up and running again at peak performance and I could hear things a lot clearer and the TV volume has been reduced once more much to my neighbours appreciation! Rob is very knowledgeable and takes time out to explain things clearly including some tips on better tube fitting. After reviewing my experience at The Knottingley Hearing Practice, i realised that it would also be helpful to post my recent experience at The Pudsey Hearing Practice. Due to me working close by, i was able to be seen at short notice by Rob, who was as usual, professional as ever. The after care service is just as you would expect if you have visited any of this group of practices. Well done!

When you see the prices that Rob is offering in comparison to other retailers, it would be easy to assume that this would come at the expense of having a lower standard of service - nothing could be further from the truth. Rob is a real expert in his field and fully appreciates that different people will encounter their own challenging listening situations, and is committed to finding ways to help you overcome them. I started wearing the hearing aids he fitted back in 2015, and have had numerous after care visits since to ensure that everything was running as smoothly as possible. I would recommend him to anyone.
