Wright Minimix - Concrete Suppliers & Concrete Pumps

Worst concrete blocks I’ve come across what is it with mass produced machines that can’t grasp true dimensions.having to cut down 100’s of blocks I would not recommend unless your building a retaining wall

If I could put no stars I would as this place doesn't deserve any at all. I'm not a person to do this kind of thing, I have had to make an account especially because I don't want anybody else to go through what myself and a few others had to go through on Tuesday evening. Absolutely disgusting behavior from every area of the company, they should not be aloud to trade. It was 5 o clock (the busiest time of day) I came out of a doctors appointment and had to get my 7 year old daughter from after school club at 5.15. I got in my car to notice their van and cement mixer completely blocking the road which is fine, I understand that it needs to be done sometimes to do the job, although there was room to park on the double yellows next to it without completely blocking the road. I thought I would wait patiently for them as these things don't usually take long so I got in my car and edged out slightly so they were aware I wasn't parked and that I needed to leave. 10 minutes passed and I knew I would need to phone the school or my partner to collect my daughter so I got out and politely said Excuse me how long do you think this will take?" to which he responded "Dunno" and shrugged his shoulders. I then still politely said but my daughter needs to be picked up so I need to know how long I will be stuck here roughly. He then shrugged his shoulders at me again and said "So!". I then raised my voice slightly and said my 7 year old daughter is going to be so upset if nobody is there to get her and he said "20 minutes

I ordered 3 cubic meters of concrete for an extension at my house in Bath, I choose this company because it had a good quote and friendly staff but was unsure of my decision as the reviews rating was very poor. I believe these reviews do not represent the company or the staff which have been amazing. Thank you Wright Minimix for a job well done !!

Worst company ever drivers can’t even keep lorry’s on the road more mixers on there side than upright pumps are all past it too

Booked on a Wednesday for Saturday delivery of ready mix concrete so that we could build a foundation base for a shed. Driver (Chris) arrived as scheduled, friendly and helpful. We had 30 mins to wheelbarrow mix from the front drive to our garden, more than enough time. Great all round service, would definitely recommend.

Delivered the concrete to fill in a water feature the pipe broke & the concrete went all over my stone decking & they didn’t both to clean up. They then made a mess all over my drive & on the pavement & blamed my maintenance chap (they said they videod him but we asked & they couldn't find it ! ) he definitely did not cause the mess. We tried to jet wash it ourselves but by then it had set. We’ve asked numerous times for them to clean the mess up but no response.

I bought 1.5 m of ready mix concrete . Ordered on Tuesday for a Saturday delivery . Product was great and sales very easy to deal with . We used the product for a base for a new garden building . Staff were helpful in suggesting what we needed . Delivery was a little late however the office rang to say they had been delayed by other customers . Simple but great communication .Deliver guy couldn’t have been more helpful . Recommended

Well what can I say, I had a bit of a random request as I am putting in a raised patio area on the garden, we live on a steep hill and the garden is inaccessible for any vehicle, so I wanted 1m3 of concrete, great we would hippo bucket down to the garden, popped tarpaulin on front lawn ready, load arrived 15 minutes early, very pleasant and helpful driver, and the mix was semi dry and perfect for the job, communication by phone and email was excellent. The worst flooring pour I have ever seen, incredibly uneven and cracked everywhere....on 5 separate houses......Wright Mini Mix do not take any responsibility for their poor workmanship and never return calls.Do not use this company if you want quality service or a level floorOne of their drivers damaged a neighbours wall, after a year still not fixed even though the 87 year old lady has asked many times!!

From start to finish a easy and hassle free process, thank you to Len at Wright minimix for arranging 7.5m3 of concrete for extension footings and an accompanying pump to pump it to the rear of our property.The two chaps that were sent out with the concrete mixer and the pump were an absolute credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with.Great quality, quick service and will 100% be using in the future.Thanks again,Kyle James
