Shame this company works well with some branches but then their policy in their Rose Green branch is to fine people parking there for 3 mins while you read their no parking sign late on a weekend and then issue you a £100 fine even though you left because of the notice. Not quite got the community spirit and certainly a company I would avoid at all costs if this is the 'community spirit' they have. See their Rose Green reviews and you'll see what I mean.

Happy experience.We have used Yvonne @ Coole Bevis twice in the past ten years for sale & purchase of a house (previous time when they were Coole & Haddock).The fees are in line with most local solicitors, I prefer paying a little more than an online one as I can drop papers off where needed and felt more in touch with the process.I was satisfied with the progress made and felt that Coole Bevis helped keep things moving and were always ready to help me when I had questions.Many thanks to Yvonne & James for the new home card with our completion statement :)

Wouldn't recommend, purchasing first house is supposed to be fun and exciting. But this company made it very stressful, due to lack of communication and service, was very unprofessional we had to chase everything. We paid about £500 more than the other quotes we received to use Coole Bevis on the basis to support local companies and we thought it would be easier if needing to drop documents into office. Don't waste your time with them, use a price comparison site and go with the cheapest as clearly that premium price hasn't in our situation meant better quality, complete opposite.
