Excellent customer service from start to finish. Andy really went above and beyond when setting up my Rega turntable with Ania pro cartridge. He wasn’t pushy just honest and helpful. A very enthusiastic music lover. This is my second turntable just fancied an upgrade. Was super impressed by Geoff and Jerry too . Absolute top lads. Can't recommend Castle Sound & Vision highly enough.Popped in to enquire about the newly released Rega Eco Deck and was given a thorough breakdown of benefits without it being an overly sales-y pitch.Both Jerry & Andy were happy to chat about the product and others they sell/are able to source, again without trying to upsell.They kindly ordered the item that I was looking for and didn't take payment until it arrived and was checked over - once the item landed in store I was called promptly so could collect same day.Will definitely use CS&V for future hi-fi purchases.
