Would mark it 0 but had to mark it something, let us down last minute booked for weeks and day of the party they told us they double booked it but 1st told us they took it to the wrong place, half 10Was meant to be there and didn’t end up coming till gone half 12 even tho the party started at 12, we booked a massive bouncy castle and they only ended up having a tiny one spar to go with the party theme, didn’t even give us a discount and if we wasn’t so desperate as we had over 20 kids waiting on it we would have said no and they new that, will never go with them again, shocking, wouldn’t let me comment onYour comment but no discount was given it’s on your website for £70 pound all you took off was the delivery charge rightly so as you was meant to be there half 10 but didn’t show till gone half 12 you can’t blame that on the 20mph, wrong bouncy castle 2 hours late and told on the day you a double booked after we rang to find out where you was, we also booked music and lights with the bouncy castle we 1st booked months before the party and we had to sort that out last minute, reviews on here are fake as when I put my review on you had none and the same day you got two 5 stars, defo doggie company

Very reliable and helpful service. Turned up and set everything up quickly and arrived at arranged time to take away. Very friendly. Will be using these in the future again.
