Very similar to the story of another review. The combination of Aspen with Vitality Health is not good. Aspen double booked my appointment, so I was turned away and had to take more time off and make another journey. I was assured that my costs would be covered but I was still billed for the appointment despite their error.

I stayed at The Holly in February 2016 and found the Experience outstanding.All the staff were very well presented and very professional and most friendly.The Hospital was immaculate throughout and without any doubt a heavy emphasis is placed on staff training.The food was also very nice, I would highly recommend The Holly to any of my Friends.

Service is terrible, I can’t even imagine it can be like that in private hospital.I call many times during the week but mostly nobody takes a call, sometimes they take a call but they just speak to each other, the last straw was the woman ask my personal details, then hold the line 37 minutes and finally hung up. They just want to make people be angry and devastated!

Great and efficient. Excellent opportunities.
