Great shop, brilliant staff and service recommend to anyone looking for toys and baby equipment.

Great range of items and toys but whole buying experience was ruined as I went to the counter to purchase a plush item. The staff were mid conversation and not welcoming, I said “hello you alright”, got blanked completely…I put the item on the counter and one of the guys with long hair just said “cash or card”, I said “cash please and also a bag as well thanks”. He then just proceeded to stare at me whilst I got my wallet out, didn’t key the bag in or pack the item in the bag. I handed the money over and said “cheers”, again being polite. Nothing again from him, just coldness. He hands me my change and receipt. Then bags the item…Then he literally THROWS the bagged plush at me, which hits me in the chest. Like what?! I don’t care if it’s the softest thing ever, don’t go having a power trip and being rude like that. I was polite and I felt like he was judging me or something. Such a weird experience, first and last time going in that store.I brushed it off at the time and said thanks like a mug, my sister saw the whole thing and also was just like “what was his deal?”Again, just bizarre behaviour for a guy working in a kids store. I get everyone has there off days but your main job is customer service… to fail at that just says it all
