I've used this company at 2 different pubs now and . honestly the worst customer service I've ever experience. They maybe cheaper than BOC, but not worth the hassle. Gas seems to run out a lot quicker as well despite being the same size.

Had what I needed but can’t look around the store (even after restrictions lifted) and the carpark is very small (don’t try to take a camper or anything that size in there) and didn’t feel very welcomed in the store. But they did have what I came for!

I ordered online and paid for a gas refill, when I arrived I was told I had the wrong type of cylinder and that they couldn't refill it, fair enough, but on this one occasion they would let me have one of their cylinders with a £50 deposit, which I agreed thinking I'd take mine back to the original place which I only didn't go to as it was 4 times as far away. I stood around for a bit while they all went about their business moving and parking vans but not really helping then someone I hadn't spoken to before said, I needed to pay an extra £74.90. In general they were patronising in a belittling kind of way. Like why doesn't everyone know everything about gas and gas bottles and which ones they refill and don't. I gave them one star because at least they processed my refund but even then they didn't have the courtesy to come out of the office but just to shout we need to return it to PayPal. I then drove to the Beer Warehouse in Maidenhead where I received proper customer service and wasn't made to feel like an idiot

Large selection of trailer parts, the parts I wanted were cheaper than eBay, I am shocked too.
