Excellent class - excellent instructors, Jon has a wealth of knowledge and experience as do the other instructors.The motivation in this school is to help you achieve more rather than to push you to get higher even though you don't deserve it.Class members are also all very friendly and helpful.

excellent classes. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. This is perfect if you are looking to learn a form of martial arts for self defence. All the techniques taught are for realistic situations that could happen on the streets.

Booked through site, got confirmation, to only be told when arriving (rudely) I dont teach kids!!! All details including age were put in on website!!! very unprofessional.
