Beleaf Juice & Smoothie Bar

As a local guide I usually never give a 1 star review unless the service or product is really bad. Unfortunately his is the case. So I went to the bar, the lady behind desk was on the phone, she actually saw me looking at one side of the bar and recommended me to have a look on the menu. Which I did, I then told her I wanted the one in the picture with the tapioca balls, an extra large one. I was served a extremely sweet without tapioca balls bubba tea. After the first sip I went back to the bar and asked if she had any tapioca balls as I didn’t like the ones who popped in my mouth because the tea itself was already sweet enough, anyway all she had to say was “ we don’t have tapioca balls” in which I replied “oh but that’s what shows in the picture, I actually wanted the one I choose” and she replied “I’m sorry”. That was it. I swear I had to thrown the whole thing in the bin. It’s not even about the money, is just really bad customer service and the product was bad. Will not be back again, and will definitely not recommend to any of my friends around Belfast.

Flavour was interesting but the bubbles were really hard and not cooked properly.I'm not sure what their juices are like, I presume it's better than the bubble tea. The display fruit is quite old and doesn't look appetising.There's only one person at the stall and they're obviously so busy that they leave every few minutes to get stock or something. So you have to wait there for ages.Update:I had no problem waiting for her, but you really needed more than one person working at the stall and I didn't think it was fair on her to do everything herself when it was so busy. She was nice and polite yes, if not for her I would have left one star.Perhaps the bubble tea is fine by English standards but if you try it in any Chatime or any other bubble tea shops it's nothing like what I had. I'm aware that you can't make it as good as the bubble tea that I'm used to but the very hard and chewy tapioca was really disappointing. As I said, your juices are probably fine because that's the main thing that you sell, but I guess I just expected too much from the bubble tea. I've never been able to find good bubble tea in Belfast anyway so it's probably too much to ask.

Super tasty drinks, clean and colourful bar with lovely warm and friendly staff and first class customer service. I'm a regular customer and would recommend to everyone! Try their bubble tea it's amazing ☺️

I often stop by this juice bar when out for lunch, freshly made and with the best ingredients, super tasty. Staff very informative and always give great service. The girl Marianne is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back round tomorrow when back at work

Got a bubble tea from here a while ago. The staff seem pretty nice, but the Tapioca was very undercooked and hard and the drink itself wasn’t that nice. Will not be back here and definitely do not recommend. Some of their other fruit drinks looked good, but after my experience with their “bubble tea” I won’t be coming back to try them.

Excellent service love my banana smoothie this place makes one of the best ones around. Staff is extremely polite and friendly (great knowledge of healthy supplements).Always fresh fruit, cannot recommend this place enough.

We stopped off here this afternoon and joined the only queue of people. After waiting 10mins to get to the front of the queue we were asked in a rude tone What is it you're waiting for?". A bit taken aback we explained we wanted to order and we were told we needed to go round to the other side to order (where in the last 2mins other people had started queuing). We walked round the other side

Love Beleaf! I was there recently and was very impressed. I ordered a juice and it was such a good experience to see all the fresh fruit juiced in front of me I was happy to know exactly what I was drinking no nonsense and no sugar!! The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again to try a smoothie or a bubble tea as they look great!

Really good juice and fresh fruit is always used which is great :)I get the bubble tea from here often. 1 time I went the tapioca was a little chalky/undercooked, but every time since then it's been properly cooked :)) The Hong Kong pearl tea tastes amazing and the staff are always very nice.
