Good and friendly service as always

Absolutely disgraceful owner. Refused my service because I asked for a price check. What is wrong with asking for the cost when you have no price list in your shop & no website? The excuse he gave was that ‘you’re busy’. Madness. I’ll go to someone who firstly will accept business and secondly not be so rude.

The two gentlemen who work there are incredibly friendly and helpful. They remember customers by name, are always smiling and will ring you up if they have any suggestions to do with alterations or to offer information about alterations so you can make a decision. They clean everything beautifully and have a very reasonable price.They have never once complained that I've sometimes had to leave things in for quite long periods of time!A truly A1 outfit :)

The WORSE drycleaners I've been to in over 13 years i've been living in London. They destroyed our curtains they came back dirty and damaged. we had to buy new curtains. On the day of collection I spoke with the guy on the counter, he seems clueless on how to deal with customers... No apologies for the shoddy work plus they only take cash when you have to pay over 100 pounds. Don't waste your time or money here... poor work-and poor service!
