Excel Jewellery did a wonderful job repairing my antique engagement ring (an Edwardian daisy ring). One of the stones had fallen out, and Johnathan managed to source and set a replacement so flawlessly that I can't see which is the new setting. Not only that but he checked all the other settings were secure and cleaned and polished the ring, all for a very fair price and very quickly (I had mentioned I was going away and he managed to get it back to me in time). I also have to mention how friendly, kind and welcoming Wendy was - I felt completely at ease leavin such a sentimental item with them.

Last year we started looking for our wedding rings and just so happened to walk into Excel. Wendy greeted us and we knew straight away that this was the place for us. Without saying much Wendy understood our style and showed us what we wanted before we even explained.We went for a fluid abstract design loosely based on our initials, Emma did a few beautiful designs that we chose from. Our rings fit together when placed on top of each other.I am amazed at how incredible and personable this team are. We picked up our rings this Saturday and we were both so blown away by them. We both can't wait to wear these rings and know that for years to come people will admire the design and skill of them. I would highly recommend this sweet little jewellery shop, they have such a wide variety of jewellery in there shop that cater to every style, I initially popped in once after a necklace in the window caught my eye, it was delicate and dainty, after purchasing the necklace I had a bit of a mishap with a piece of gold jewellery of my own and I bought it in and they gave me multiple options on how I could change the jewellery, the lady was so sweet and friendly and kept me updated over the phone, the piece only took around 10 days max to sort and I’m so in love with the new look, if you’re looking for that friendly unique jewellery shop to buy jewellery or change your own this is the place to go.

Broken diamond ring - after several attempts to get my ring repaired by other jewellers, Excel were recommended to me. Explained ring could not be repaired but they could use the diamonds and gold to make me a new one - actually made me two beautiful diamond rings - white and yellow gold and I love them!! The time and energy that went into helping me decide on the style of rings was very much appreciated - thank you Wendy - and the finished products - amazing talented jewellery maker. I had such great service from Excel, they reset the stone on my engagement ring as well as reworking my mothers wedding ring into a new shape. They were super friendly and I couldn’t fault them. My rings look amazing, the service and craftsman’s ship is impeccable. Would highly recommend these to anyone!

I have just picked up a repaired ring (belatedly) and was slightly overwhelmed by the fantastic job they did. What an absolutely perfect service and emotional reunion with my grandfather's ring I thought I would not be able to wear again. Wanted a simple plain silver band ring. The gent who attended me showed me a selection and I chose one which was then ordered . He estimated the size and got it right first time - collected 2 weeks later and he remembered my name on arrival ! No fuss service with Excellent personal attention at a reasonable price . Recommend

Had both our wedding rings made here. Excellent service from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. We both had engravings done on the bands - my partners had a sound wave of me saying ‘I do’ on the outside of his and I had his on the inside as I also had a beautiful leafy/swirl design on the outside of mine to keep it elegant with a small stone just for that add of sparkle.Quality and craftsmanship is top I can not fault at all. If your looking for something bespoke and unique I highly recommend them.

After looking for a new wedding/eternity ring for a long time, I wandered into Excel to be met by Wendy, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during the process of designing my dream ring.
