I purchased an estarli e20 about 18 months ago. And I have to say I absolutely love it. It is a tad on the heavy side but I think thats normal for electric bikes. The service from estarli has been excellent. I had a few very minor issues and they were sorted out without any fuss. The quality of the bike is 10/10. If you are thinking of buying an electric bike to get out I would strongly recommend getting one of these.

We love our folding e20.7s so much that we’ve bought an e28 each for use on our very bumpy roads at home!These bikes seem to be so well sorted (folders for campervanning) and therefor tick so many boxes. I had thought the e28 was too big for me being so short but having tried one at our brilliant local dealer in Cannock the trapeze actually fits shorter than stated - result!The company are great, communication and helpfulness-wise and so polite. They are innovative and you can really believe their main aim is to get people cycling with a decent price point and good quality components.Well done Estarli British at its best!

Ordered an Estrali E28 bike from The Electric BIke Shop - Quoted 4 days for dispatch so placed order - Now being quoted 3 weeks??? Is there an issue at Estrali?

After 6 months commuting twice a week on the bike, several spokes broke on the back wheel. Update: I spoke to a representative who kindly arranged for the repairs. Great customer service.

I've had my Estarli E20 for a little while now.I couldn't recommend it enough. A few teething problems regarding delivery dates, but that doesn't effect the product. The small tool set that comes with the bike could do with updating, but again,it's not the product.I even got a follow up phone call from Harry at the factory, asking if I was happy with my purchase.Great product, great company, and great shop.

I bought an E20 pro but I had to bring it back because the battery last for 40ish minutes and it starts to go down after 5 minutes. At the shop, they said that the setting of the battery was for testing it and they reset the battery for me. Cycling back home, the first battery's bar went down after 3 minutes. I cycled back to the shop and they said that it's normal because it's cold outside. I'm calling estarli tomorrow to check if the info I've received has come from them. I think that the battery is faulty and I've never heard about different settings for a battery. Any help and idea before calling estarli?

The bikes are ok for the money, main issue is definitely the brakes. They will tell you they need bedding in but they eventually just have to be upgraded. I wouldn’t recommend the 20 if you have to carry it at all as it’s very heavy. Lastly the real world battery life is way lower than the advertised. To summarise, it’s not a bad bike, better than a Halfords special but wouldn’t come close to a Brompton.
