Works perfectly well and very simple to use. The only negative aspect is the chargeable rate, £0.75 is a bit steep.

A shaky start as both chargers would not work. I called the helpline and was assisted to a successful charge which was indeed rapid - 100 miles in 30 mins. The guy was chatty and friendly.

Not very good in the rain... #1 did not work after several attempts so called Helpline. Confirmed technical issue so suggested move to #2. That worked fine - but now fear may have incurred parking charges by staying more that 45 mins!! Yikes!

Only charging at 36kwAnother day another slow charge only 49kw today once again on 37kw no point in contacting InstaVolt though as they never answer emails
