As always, Max and his team delivered exceptional quality at competitive pricing. They refurbished our bathroom and have done a great job. They were hardworking and completed the entire project (completely stripping the old bathroom and refurbishing from pipes to tiles to fittings) in under 4 weeks.I highly recommend Max, and TipTop Builders.

Max and his team just completed a house renovation for us for the second time. As ever, they were fantastic from start to finish. Max is such a lovely guy and his positivity and professionalism throughout made a huge difference. Max is excellent with communication, which was very helpful while working full-time and managing a renovation. All of Max's team were friendly, tidy and worked to an exceptionally high standard and finish. All in all, we are hugely happy with the work of Tip Top Builders and would highly recommend them. I contacted Max ( director of TipTop builder ) upon the recommendation from a colleague. I hired a builder via Checkatrade and the builder took £20,000 and did not show up. My experience with Max was completely different; he is trustworthy, professional and the standard of workmanship is high. I left the house in his hands and he turned it into my dream home. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Max is a very conscientious builder, his work is both excellent and precise, he always check with us before fitting any items (where/how we want them placing), he is polite and patient (even when our supplies came in erratically), he turned our tired looking bathroom into a very modern one which would sit nicely in any posh hotel; I would happily recommend Max to anyone.

I would highly recommend Max for a bathroom refit. He’s extremely attentive and always polite and willing to help and give suggestions. It was a challenging bathroom renovation with us only have 1 bathroom in the house but Max made it feel seamless and was always willing to accommodate our needs. It was a pleasure having Max for this job and we wouldn’t hesitate in calling him back for other jobs.

Max converted a bedroom into a bathroom, plus renovating another bathroom and adding some under stairs storage. All 3 jobs look superb and the workmanship is clearly very, very good. Everything was discussed and all costs were clearly explained and agreed. They are all very professional and friendly and I will definitely be asking them to quote for our kitchen renovation and installation. I really recommend you consider them for all types of building work.

Max is an excellent ,highly skilled and reliable builder .He has just completed an extensive refurbishment of the ground floor of my terraced house ,including installing ahigh -spec kitchen ( after removing a dividing wall ) and he also built and plumbed in a downstairs loo. The work was completed by fitting flooring throughout the whole ground floor. Beautiful job thank you Max !His work is of the highest standard .He is also punctual and good naturedI highly recommend him .
