Have repeatedly ignored requests to fix a problem with the carpet for many months. One carpet has come adrift from the door strip. Easy fix to re-attach for a carpet fitter. Many months in still no success... they turned up finally, didn’t have the right door strip, went away again and haven’t heard back again.

Great experience with CFS - we wanted a range of work including fitted carpet, coir door mat, other floor mats - refitting existing carpets in different rooms and the main work of installing a new Karndean floor. The teams arrived as agreed - good bunch of guys who all were skilled and hardworking, our late request to refit the existing carpets on day 1 was met and the project proceeded as planned over 4 days. The skill and time taken to ensure the preparation was spot on for the Karndean floor was most notable - we are very pleased with the result and CFS are definitely recommended

Brilliant service by the team from measuring the floor space to communication and installation. 30m2 took 2 days and the process was effortless. Process involved removing existing floor, levelling compound applied in 1 day. Then on day 2, the floor laid.

Their work and attention to detail is really quite incredible.The mitres line up perfectly with the skirting and the corners of the wall.The walnut inlay intersects are exemplary.
