Great staff who are always happy to help and a joke while they are serving you. The store is often very busy and there can be a wait to see a member of staff but they do try their hardest to see customers as quickly as they can.

The service I receive at EE in Stirling in phenomenal. I go in monthly to pay my phone bill, and jazz make it a wonderful experience. I can’t recommend him enough. He is so pleasant, happy, chatty and pleasant to both young and old customers. It is a pleasure to see him and he makes my day - Jean

I had a long wait to be served but the people working in EE were very helpful.

I had a very good visit to replace my mobile phone. The staff were very attentive and good knowledge of what I was looking for and needed. I went for a coffee while they upgraded my phone. They were good company and can't fault their enthusiasm.

I would like to say how great the staff are at this store. They are helpful, friendly, ensure they give you which deal suits you best and all with a great cheerful atmosphere. Fabulous customer service. I was served by Jaz.

Cannot fault the service I received today, from the moment I walked in me and my wee boy were made to feel so welcome. Went in with a fault with my phone and everything was taken care off as if it was no problem at all. The manager of the store was very helpful and Jas the assistant that dealt with the problem and got everything sorted is an absolute credit to the store! Highly recommend!!!!

I was struggling to get anywhere on the phone about the issue I had, popped in to store and the staff were helpful and sorted everything within minutes. Highly recommended.
